About this stay

This bright 64 m² apartment is in the centre of Chemnitz, right on the Brühl, and suits families and business travellers alike. It sleeps up to 5 guests: bedroom 1 has a 180 × 200 cm double bed, bedroom 2 a high single bed (100 × 200 cm) and a desk, and the living room a sofa bed (180 × 200 cm). The living room and bedroom 1 each have a smart TV with Netflix (sign in with your own account). The dining table stands in the fully equipped kitchen, which has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head (there is no separate shower) and a washing machine; a drying rack and an iron are provided. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. For little ones there is a high chair, and on request we provide a baby cot (0–2 years) free of charge. Longer stays of 28 days or more are also possible. The main station is just 900 m away, and for groceries there is a Lidl right outside the door. Check-in is self-service by smart lock, even if you arrive late. If you come by car, you can park for free in a private parking space about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Good to know: the apartment is on the third floor (three floors up), and there is no elevator.

The apartment is in the centre of Chemnitz, right on the Brühl. The main station is only 900 m away, so you can easily arrive by train. For groceries, there is a Lidl right outside the door.

A free private parking space is available for you, about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The passage leading to it is at most 3.00 m high and 2.50 m wide. We will send you the exact location before your arrival. For larger vehicles, there are public parking spaces nearby, some of which charge a fee.

No. The apartment is on the third floor (three floors up), and there is no elevator. Please bear this in mind if you are travelling with heavy luggage.

Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is by 10 am. You check in on your own by smart lock, even if you arrive late. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, there are two add-ons at €29 each per booking: Early Check-in from 2 pm and Relax Check-out until 11 am. Both are subject to availability; if an add-on is not possible on your day, we will refund the €29. Just let us know in advance and we will confirm it with you personally.

On top of the accommodation price, there is a one-off final cleaning fee of €65 per stay. The city's tourist tax is already included in the accommodation price, so there is nothing extra to pay on site. The only optional extras are the Early Check-in and Relax Check-out add-ons at €29 each.
