Price information

The total price displayed during the booking process before conclusion of the contract is the binding final price. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not show value-added tax. „from"-prices on the property pages indicate the lowest available nightly rate and may vary depending on the period, occupancy and length of stay; the mandatory final cleaning fee is shown directly with the price, and the binding total price appears before you complete the booking.

The nightly rate depends on the property, travel period and length of stay and is calculated with current daily rates during the booking process.

A final cleaning fee applies to every booking. The amount differs by property and is shown separately and before conclusion of the contract during the booking process.

Any municipal tourist/guest tax and any accommodation tax that may apply are – where applicable – already included in the stated total price; we remit them in accordance with the respective municipal statute and do not charge them to you separately.

Pets are allowed, where permitted at the respective property, for a surcharge of € 20 per stay (increased cleaning effort). The surcharge only applies if you bring a pet.

No down payment is required; the total amount is due by check-in at the latest. Payment is made, depending on your choice, via Smoobu's payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) or by advance transfer. Details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
